A few facts that we have put together along with our terms and conditions.

Placing of orders and what happens then...

1. PLACING OF ORDER.  Once an order is placed and the bag you want is selected, if a logo is to be printed on the bag, we need your artwork in .jpg, .tiff, .pdf format.  The artwork should be print ready with the size of your logo specified.  This helps in preparing the screen for the artwork.  A digital image of what your logo will look like on the bag will be sent to you via email. If you need a pre-production sample of this bag, it can be done. Of course, there will be the extra charge of getting it here by courier.
2. LOGO.  Two colour logo printing is included with our quotes for jute products from India. Every extra colour is .20 cents per colour. Azo free dyes will be offered keeping in mind our efforts to reduce our footprints on this planet.
3. CUSTOMIZING.  Bags can be customized with jute handles, cotton handles, bamboo handles, velcro closings, zips and any other embellishments that you may want to make your product look unique. A small extra charge will be added to the cost of the bags.
4. DEPOSIT.  Once an order is placed we ask for a 50% deposit. We have to pay our suppliers upfront for any orders placed. Rest assured that all your order will be honoured. You may call us any time on our cell or by email if you have any concerns.
5. CANCELLATION.  Again, on all custom orders, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. And we cannot return your deposit back to you. We have to reimburse our supplier for his material and time. So making the right choice of colours and style of bags is important.
6. Keep in mind these are handmade products. There may be slight variations in the sharpness of the colours and printing. But then that is what makes these bags unique.
7. SHIPPING.  Shipping is usually 3 months by sea. This not only cuts down costs but also reduces our carbon footprint. Occasionally we may experience problems with delays because of circumstances beyond our control, every effort will be made to expedite the shipment.   IT IS STILL A CHALLENGE THOUGH, WE ARE FINDING THAT OUT AND WILL DO OUR BEST TO GIVE REALISTIC TIME LINES.
8. COURIER.  We can offer faster service if these promotion bags are needed urgently. Service by air or courier is available BUT it costs more.
