RECYCLING AND REPURPOSING.  We hope to continue what we started and promote our new venture wherever we can.  We were very happy to be called by Eco Schools to promote our products and to educate their students on our green ventures AND we are happy to see how well our banner bags, coffee bags and natural fibre products were received by the students.  They asked us so many questions and we were very happy to educate them about what we do.

Global warming, floods, droughts, tsunamis, landfill problems, composting issues, incineration issues, the list goes on and on. This made us think of what we can do to help our country, our own community and take ownership and responsibility towards our planet.

Our products have been around and used for centuries and proven to be sustainable beyond doubt, so why invent new materials that cause the destruction of our environment. We therefore decided to promote products that are proven to benefit our environment, provide sustenance to farmers, improve our soil condition, solve our garbage disposal problems and stop us from being a throw away society. We can now go back to the old fashioned way of bagging our produce without wastage, buying just what we need and looking at improving the quality of our lives.

We source our suppliers who are socially responsible and we hope that we will be able to continue this trend by promoting different products that are made by women’s groups, cottage industries and such organizations that promote these ideals. By empowering women we empower the whole family. By promoting eco-friendly products we want to help those that are displaced by global warming. This is a reality in most countries that are being transformed because of floods and draughts and severe climatic changes.

We are confident that you will find our selection useful. We hope to take you on our journeys to bring you new and unique items. With the focus on our environment, it is amazing to be able to source products that are handmade with so much imagination and also to see the appreciation of people who buy it. We hope too, through our website to promote our own Canadian artisans whose talents in soap making, candle making, beauty products, organic products are second to none. We will provide a list of website that you can go to to buy beautiful handmade gifts that you may use with our organic bags.
